Obituary : Priscilla H. Cryer

Priscilla H. (White) Cryer of Plymouth and formerly of Vineyard Haven, died on April 13 at home. She was 73 years old, and the daughter of the late Hazel (O'Brien) and Alden White.
Priscilla was born on September 5, 1934, in Norwood. She graduated from the Tisbury High School in 1952. She moved from the Vineyard to Plymouth in 1960, and worked as a mail room clerk for Party Lite.
The beloved wife of the late Henry S. Cryer, she is survived by her children, Steven H. Cryer of E. Bridgewater, Deborah Burton of Plymouth, Lynda Cryer of Vineyard Haven, and Nancy Collins and Tracy Sherman of Plymouth. She also leaves her sister Jeanne Odams of Wrentham, her sister-in-law Eileen Cryer of Randolph, and 11 grandchildren. A funeral mass will be held on Thursday, April 17, at 10 am at St. Bonaventure's Church in Plymouth, and will be followed with the burial at Manomet Cemetery. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, April 16, from 5 to 8 pm at the Richard Davis Funeral Home, located at 619 State Rd. (Rte. 3A), in Plymouth (Manomet).
