Achievements
Marisa Higham of Oak Bluffs has been studying architecture at Notre Dame's Rome Studies Program in Italy since September. Marisa is a third-year architecture major at the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Ind. She is the daughter of Bill and Cindy Higham.
