Obituary : The Rev. William C. Blair
The Rev. William "Bill" Colfax Blair, 83, long-time resident of Oak Bluffs, died from complications following a stroke on April 26, at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.
He was survived by his wife of 55 years, Catherine (Kits); his children, Mark, Bruce, and Hilary; grandson, Nathaniel (Nate); sisters Nancy Brumley and Sandra Blauvelt; and numerous nieces and nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews. A memorial service is planned for 2 pm, on June 14, at First Congregational Church of West Tisbury. A full obituary will appear in a future edition of The Times.
