Stuart A. Bangs died on Tuesday, June 10, at his home in Vineyard Haven. He was the husband of Dorothy (Kenney) Bangs and the father of Paul S. Bangs and his wife Margaret, James D. Bangs and Charles Dana Bangs and his wife Elaine. His memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 15, at 2 pm in the First Baptist Church, located on Spring and William Streets in Vineyard Haven, officiated by the Rev. Roger Spinney. Donations may be made in his memory to the First Baptist Church Building Fund, P.O. Box 806, Vineyard Haven, MA 02568; Vineyard Nursing Association, P.O. Box 2568 or Hospice of Martha's Vineyard, P.O. Box 2549, both in Oak Bluffs, MA 02557.
