Cowardly hit and run

To the Editor:

Just wanted to say thanks to the coward that ran over my cat the night of June 25, at approximately 7 pm. I watched as you hit him, slowed down, and then ran away with your tail between your legs. Coward. It’s bad enough you ran him over — it happens, but to then not even stop to apologize to my bawling girlfriend. What if he was laying there in agony? You’d be able to sleep knowing that you hit someone’s pet? Words can’t describe our feelings toward you at this time. I only wish I had gotten your plate, you white-SUV-driving coward. Hope you enjoy the rest of your vacation. C’mon Karma, work your magic.
