The Island’s emergency services organizations and Island Counseling Center will host a gathering this morning for everyone who witnessed the accident last week in which Dina Dececca of Melrose was killed.
The 40-year-old mother was riding a bike with her two daughters, husband, and friends on State Road near Camp Street when she fell into the path of a tractor-trailer truck.
The gathering took place from 8:30 to 10 am at Martha’s Vineyard Community Services on Edgartown-Vineyard Haven Road. The help session offers support from professionals, discussion, and information about resources for seeking further help.
