Island Elderly Housing (IEH) has appointed Leslie Digby Rizza site Manager at Hillside Village, a unit of IEH.
“We are very happy that Leslie has accepted this position,” Ann Wallace, IEH executive director, said. “Leslie has the management skills and personal qualities needed so that we can fulfill our mission of helping our low-income elderly friends and neighbors remain on the Island to which they have given so much.”
Ms. Rizza previously worked in law and education in New York and Boston. She and her family summered on the Island for several years before moving here in 2007, according to a press release.
“I’m looking forward to working with the Hillside Village residents so that they can continue to lead happy, independent lives,” Ms. Rizza said.
IEH provides 165 quality, affordable rental apartments for the Island’s low income elderly and disabled on one of four campuses: Woodside Village and Aidylberg Village in Oak Bluffs and Hillside Village and Love House in Tisbury.
