The Vineyard Tennis Center Workout & Spa (VTC) now offers PiYo. Kris Martin instructs this strength-fusion style format for people who like to sweat, according to a press notice from VTC.
PiYo mixes short bursts of cardiovascular work and strength training for an all-over body conditioning. It incorporates dynamic balance, dance conditioning, plyometrics, strength, and functional training, emphasizing the athleticism of Pilates and yoga.
