Whether you’re almost done Christmas shopping or haven’t started, the Tisbury Business Association’s Friends and Family Night, from 3 to 8 pm tonight, Thursday, Dec. 16, is catered to all. The combination of sales, live entertainment with the Minnesingers, Bella’s Musical Puppet Show, and carols by the Assembly of God Christmas Choir, hayrides, and the Island’s largest Christmas Tree at the Fourway Carriage House.
Food specials run the gamut from a free cup of chowder at Net Result and 10 percent off at Rocco’s, to free food for children at Waterside Market from 5 to 8 pm and two for one entrees at Zephrus until 9 pm.
For children, there are hayrides from 3:30 to 5, boarding at the Tisbury Marketplace and Bunch of Grapes; a grab bag at Rainy Day; crafts and stories at Bunch of Grapes from 4 to 4:30 pm; Bella’s puppet show at 6 pm at 56/58 Main St.; and a visit with Santa from 6:45 to 7 pm at Bunch of Grapes.
While shopping, enjoy a free olive oil and vinegar tasting at LeRoux at Home, cookies at the Beach House, an artist’s trunk show at Citrine, and big sales at Bryn Walker, The Green Room, Brickman’s, Menemsha Blues, and more.
