Martha’s Vineyard Commission discusses large houses

0

A discussion about large houses takes place at a meeting of the Martha’s Vineyard Commission’s (MVC) Land Use Planning Committee on April 4, 5:30 pm, at the MVC offices in Oak Bluffs.

The subject is part of a review of the Martha’s Vineyard Commission’s (MVC) development of regional impact (DRI) checklist. The DRI checklist includes criteria used by town boards to decide whether a development application should be referred to the MVC for review as a DRI.

The review of the DRI checklist happens every two years. The commission began its formal review of the DRI checklist at a meeting of the LUPC on January 11. The subcommittee invited town officials to that session.
