RM Packer spruces up fuel tanks with a fresh coat of paint
[More Photos]The RM Packer Company on Beach Road in Vineyard Haven has been doing some spring cleaning. Last week, James Beckman took up where he left off last fall and began painting the fuel tanks clustered on Packer's harborside fuel depot. The tanks are used to hold fuel oil, kerosene, and diesel.
