Many gathered at the Portuguese-American Club in Oak Bluffs on Saturday, May 7, to watch the Kentucky Derby. Hat contest winners included Cindy Lockwood for Most Original, Cheryl King for Most Classic, and Norman Gardner for Best Men's Hat, which was the only men's hat entered in the contest.
