Auction raises money for Windemere recreation

Supporters of Windemere's Recreation Department flocked to the Ag Hall in West Tisbury last Friday, June 10, for the annual fundraising auction. Money raised from the auction is used to take Windemere residents on various outings, such as flying in a biplane or seeing a performance or film, or used to bring entertainment to the residents. As of June 15, $18,000 was the calculated amount raised from the auction.
