Island real estate office sponsors home buying seminar Thursday
Homes on Martha's Vineyard will sponsor a home buying question and answer session with Lorraine Wilson, senior mortgage loan officer of Bank of America, from 11 am to 1 pm, Thursday, August 11.
Topics will include: Buying a foreclosure/bank-owned property; buying a short sale; first time homebuyer programs; credit, and more, according to a press release.
