What's up with the beach closings?
To the Editor:
When will the West Tisbury town officials finally address the deplorable continuing closures at Lambert's Cove? After every heavy rainfall, the water seems to test negatively for swimming. Other than faulty, old, or inadequate septic systems on the properties abutting the ponds, what could possibly cause this situation? It's time to wake up and solve this problem.
