The bike ride will travel via Beach Road to Edgartown, thence to West Tisbury on the Edgatown–West Tisbury Road, then to Vineyard Haven via State Road, reaching Five Corners via Causeway, Skiff and Lagoon Pond Roads, and finally back to Oak Bluffs via Beach Road. Triathletes finish running Wing, Norris, Vineyard Ave., Dukes County, Nashawena, Circuit, Tuckernuck, Naumkeag, Penacook, and Seaview, back to the finish line at Ocean Park.

At least 300 triathletes are expected.

Some of the proceeds of the event will be donated to the MV Boys and Girls Club and to the Oak Bluffs Park Department. All triathletes must be at least 16 years old.
