Commendation
To the Editor:
I am writing to commend West Tisbury chief of police Dan Rossi, his officers, and Sgt. Matt Bass of the Massachusetts Environmental Police for their outstanding police work and professionalism in enforcing the laws regarding motorcross activity in the Greenlands aquifer system. Through their hard work and sophisticated planning they have made significant strides in protecting the supply of fresh drinking water for the entire Island.
