Dukes Academy named top school

Banker & Tradesman, a leading real estate and banking journal, recently named Dukes Academy as one of the top three real estate schools in the Commonwealth, according to a press release.

Dukes Academy is the only real estate school on Martha's Vineyard that provides the state-mandated courses for continuing education for real estate licensees and classes for both salesperson and broker licensure.

When the state passed a new law in 2010 approving online coursework for continuing education, Dukes Academy was first in the state to provide a full online program, according to a press release. Dukes Academy regularly schedules both salesperson and broker pre-licensing and continuing education license renewal courses at the Martha's Vineyard Regional High School.
