SSA will take up schedules, budget Tuesday
The Steamship Authority (SSA) will convene its monthly business meeting at 10 am, Tuesday, in the Oak Bluffs Library meeting room.
Wayne Lamson, SSA general manager, said the agenda would include votes on the summer and fall 2012 operating schedules and the 2012 operating budget.
Mr. Lamson said no major changes in the schedule are planned. The boatline will add an early freight boat from Woods Hole, to accomodate truck traffic and eliminate a slightly used late boat from the Vineyard to the mainland.
The budget includes no rate hikes, Mr. Lamson said.
