Dog and horse owners, alert
To the Editor:
West Tisbury residents who enjoy taking their dogs to Lambert's Cove Beach in the summer should know that the following proposal will be voted on at a West Tisbury special town meeting Tuesday, November 15:
"Dogs and horses are prohibited … at Lambert's Cove Beach, from June 15 to September 15 of each year. Owners or keepers of such animals who violate this section of the by-law shall be fined $50 for each violation."
The meeting will be held at 7 pm, at the West Tisbury School.
