Land Bank scavenger hunt winner
Five separate participants photographed at least 15 of 20 locations in a summer-long scavenger hunt, part of The Martha's Vineyard Land Bank Commission's 25th anniversary activities. From a hat that contained the names of the five successful hunters, the winner was drawn. She is Ann Rich of Chicago, Illinois, who won a rustic bench, hand-crafted by the Land Bank's property maintenance staff. Ms. Rich plans to keep the bench on the Island at the home of her mother-in-law on the Lagoon in Oak Bluffs.
