Police officer deserves better
To the Editor:
The Tisbury selectmen did Officer Fiske a favor by letting him go. He deserves better. He's a good cop and a good family man. Everyone has a lapse in judgement at times, but that should not negate 16 years of service to the town.
The Tisbury selectmen have lapses in judgement quite frequently, and no one takes them to task for it. In fact, they keep getting reelected.
