Blue Heron Farm sold for $22 million
Blue Sky MV LTD has bought Blue Heron Farm in Chilmark, where President Obama and his family have spent August vacations for the last three years. The price was $21.925 million.
The property fronts on Town Cove, an arm of Tisbury Great Pond and on the Tiasquam River, which empties into the cove. It's about 28 acres, with two houses, barn, pool, a golf hole, tennis courts, and other amenities.
Blue Heron Properties LLC bought the property in 2005, from the estate of M. Anthony Fisher for $20.35 million.
