Who do I bill?
To the Editor:
I'm not sure who to ask, so I thought I would present my problem here.
As a long-time Oak Bluffs resident, I find myself travelling New York Avenue every day. It's usually a smooth ride, but what seems like a couple of weeks ago, someone created a pothole, a manmade pothole, in the outbound lane.
Here's where my dilemma presents itself. When I bring my truck into the shop to have my front end repaired, to whom do I address the bill?
