Rose Bud Balloons in Oak Bluffs celebrates 20th anniversary
Rose Bud Balloons at 30 Circuit Avenue in Oak Bluffs celebrates its 20th anniversary as a one-stop party shop next week.
To mark the occasion, the store will offer a coupon for 20 percent off an entire purchase, with some exclusions, valid April 9 to 21. An in-store celebration on April 21 will feature free items for children, balloon animals, face-painting, and more, manager Pamela Munroe said.
Owners Susan Phillips and James Cage opened Rose Bud Balloons, attached to Phillips Hardware, on Easter weekend in 1992. The store is open 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Saturday. For more information, call 508-696-7744 or email rosebudballoons@verizon.net.
