Jane Cottle Baker
Jane Cottle Baker, 84, of West Tisbury died on Monday evening April 9, 2012, at the Henrietta Brewer House in Vineyard Haven. Her husband, Sumner G. Baker, predeceased her in 1980.
Jane was the mother of Lynne Silva, Leigh Reynolds, Richard Gale, and Raymond Gale. She is also survived by her brother, Edmund C. Cottle, and her sister, Barbara Child, and eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Her graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 14 at 2 pm in the Lambert's Cove Cemetery, West Tisbury, officiated by Don Lyons.
Donations may be made in Jane's memory to the Alzheimer's Association, Cape Cod & the Islands Regional Office, Village South Plaza, 473 South Street West, Unit 13, Raynham, MA 02767, or to the Animal Shelter of Martha's Vineyard, PO Box 1829, Edgartown, MA 02539.
