Mildred Cushman Mayhew
Mildred Cushman Mayhew of Chilmark died Thursday morning, April 19, at the Henrietta Brewer House in Vineyard Haven. She was 97.
She was predeceased by her husband Edward E. Mayhew. She was the mother of Edward Eliott "Ted" Mayhew, Jr. and Carol M. Mays.
A graveside service will be held in Abel's Hill Cemetery, South Road, Chilmark on Monday, April 23 at 12 pm officiated by Rev. Arlene Bodge.
Donations may be made in her memory to Hospice of MV, PO Box 2549, Oak Bluffs, MA 02557 or to the Chilmark Community Church, 9 Menemsha Cross Road, Chilmark, MA 02535.
