It was the weekend of the “super moon,” the weekend of the Taylor family block party, the Chilmark Community Potluck Jam and just a nice sunny Sunday after a week of rain. I personally am a little tired but very satisfied with the weekend. The block party was such a good time, the Taylors are very good at party throwing, and we have the best community up here (like you didn’t know that already) so of course it was great. I think that’s all I’m going to say about it, because if I give too many details away, no one will ever tell me anything ever again (trust me no one tells the town columnist anything juicy) and then I will have nothing to write about.

In honor of Mother’s Day I like to give a shout-out to all the Aquinnah moms I know, please forgive me if I forget someone, or better yet tell me who I forgot and I’ll write it down for next year.
