Memorial Mass Saturday for Linda Wood
There will be a Memorial Mass for Linda Wood beginning at 10 am, Saturday, May 19, at St. Augustine's Church, Franklin Street, Vineyard Haven. A pot luck reception will immediately follow at the Portuguese American Club in Oak Bluffs.
Linda, since 2004 the head of the classified advertising department of The Martha's Vineyard Times, and the friendly, helpful person who greeted most visitors to The Times office, died on March 28 at the age of 47.
