To the Editor:
I am writing from Woodside Village and hoping this will be read by the person it's meant for.
About two years ago, my Japanese lantern was taken from my small garden. I am older and can't do as much gardening, but the lantern meant a lot to me, because it was a special Mother's Day surprise from my son.
Every time I look out the window I just see an empty space where the lantern was for so many years.
So, please return. I will be very happy to see it again.
