Food and fun at The FARM on Martha's Vineyard

Under Big Sky tents in the fields of Katama, The FARM Institute's (TFI) annual gala fundraiser last Saturday, July 21, raised money for its education programs with its Meals in the Meadow event. Buckley Gourmet Catering served meals, Johnny Hoy and the Bluefish provided music, and guests bid on auction items.
TFI is a nonprofit teaching farm dedicated to sharing the values of sustainable agriculture with children and adults.
The next event is a showing of "A Cat In Paris" on Thursday, August 2, with the Martha's Vineyard Film Society, at TFI on 14 Aero Avenue in the Katama area of Edgartown. The movie starts at 8 pm, admission is $8; $5 for Film Society members and children under 12. Bring a blanket or beach chair to sit on. Popcorn and refreshments are available.
