Driver said fatigue was cause of Saturday West Tisbury crash

Traffic was halted on West Tisbury Road Saturday after a truck struck a tree.
A young man from Pennsylvania said fatigue caused him to slam into a tree off Edgartown-West Tisbury Road Saturday afternoon.
Aaron Biros, 18, of Newton, Penn., told West Tisbury police he was tired and fell asleep just before his vehicle left the road near Vincent Way about 4 pm. Mr. Biros was wearing his seat belt and his air bag deployed. police said. He was transported to Martha's Vineyard Hospital.
Police cited Mr. Biros for negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
