Keeping us safe
To the Editor:
A recent heavy rain storm, complete with thunder and lightning, set off an alarm on our property. We needed help to deal with this situation, and we called emergency services. Within minutes of our call, fire Chief Manny Estrella was at our house and, happily, all was satisfactorily and speedily resolved.
This is to thank Manny and all of the local heroes whose dedication and resilience keep our unique Vineyard community safe.
