It's how we do it
To the Editor:
Although we are liberal Democrats, we completely agree with Jim Robb's letter of complaint [Political expression deserves respect, August 29] about the destruction of yard signs and other forms of political expression. During the last presidential campaign, we proudly displayed a large sign supporting Obama. It was gone in two days. Regardless of one's personal political preferences, the right of everyone else to theirs is essential to what we call "the American way."
