Martha's Vineyard Regional High School celebrated homecoming last weekend. Festivities included a Friday night football game against Cardinal Spellman and a Saturday night homecoming dance.

The school cafeteria never looked so good as students from all grades dressed in semi-formal attire danced to a steady beat.

The only formalities of the evening were the naming of the class princes and princesses, and, of course, the king and queen.

Alyana Hutchinson was voted the homecoming queen. The winning king, Sam Oslyn, was out of town participating in a cross-country meet. Senior Julia Cooper enthusiastically stepped forward in his stead and received the crown from school principal Stephen Nixon.

Isabelle Wadleigh and Kyle Stobie were voted junior princess and prince. Diamond Araujo and Elie Jordi were the royal sopohmore couple. Samantha Hargy and Greg McCarron won the honors for the freshmen.
