Services for Arthur P. Silvia
A memorial service for Arthur P. Silvia will be held at 2 pm on Saturday, October 20, at the chapel at Windemere Rehabilitation Center at Martha's Vineyard Hospital. Mr. Silvia died on September 13 at the age of 88. His obituary appeared in the October 4 issue of The Times.
