He will be missed
To the Editor:
The recent death of 98-year-old Bob Hughes of Oak Bluffs, former postmaster and school teacher, closes a chapter on a crusty character who could recall the last heath hen and the invention of basketball.
Bob was an indelible link between the early twentieth century and the present. He will be missed.
