The MV United Under-14 girls soccer team capped off an undefeated 8-0-1 regular season Saturday with a 1-1 tie at Dartmouth.

Adelaide Keene took a well-placed pass and put United in front 15 minutes into the first half. Dartmouth scored from a corner kick one minute later to tie the match.

In the second half, MVU piled on the pressure. The Vineyard had several chances to win the match, but the stellar Dartmouth keeper kept the score level.

The girls will end the fall schedule on Sunday at the Soccerween tournament in Lancaster.
