Andy Estrella receives masters in Osteopathy

Andy J. Estrella, owner of Vineyard Yoga in West Tisbury, graduated from The Canadian Academy of Osteopathy (CAO) on November 9, according to a press release.

Born and raised on Martha's Vineyard, Andy began his journey in the fall of 1995 when he left to attend college at Springfield University, graduating in 2000 with a Bachelor's of Science degree. After college, he completed a 500-hour Bikram Yoga teacher training in Los Angeles, Calif., gaining his certification as a Bikram Hot Yoga Instructor. He then attended The Boulder College of Massage Therapy, receiving a total of 1,300 hours of hands-on therapy and becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist.

His interest in Craniosacral Therapy led him to The Colorado School of Energy Studies in which he attained his certification as a Certified Craniosacral Therapist. His venture and love for the healing arts eventually led him to the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy where he just recently received his Masters in Practice of Osteopathic Manipulative Science (M.OMSc).
