Mansion House Health Club offers new strength class for seniors


The Mansion House Health Club’s latest offering is Senior Strength Class. Senior strength training exercises help build strong muscles and bones, prevent falls, and increase confidence through exercise, according to a press release.

Certified Personal Trainer Ann Richards combines group exercise with personal training for attendees and custom-tailors each exercise regimen. The class is held at 10 am, Monday and Wednesday. The class is free to Health Club members and $11 for senior walk-ins. For more information, visit
