The Mansion House Health Club’s latest offering is Senior Strength Class. Senior strength training exercises help build strong muscles and bones, prevent falls, and increase confidence through exercise, according to a press release.
Certified Personal Trainer Ann Richards combines group exercise with personal training for attendees and custom-tailors each exercise regimen. The class is held at 10 am, Monday and Wednesday.
