Ought to be front page news
To the Editor:
There is some news that I think we should make front page for everyone. Lately there has been press about the fact that our oceans are becoming much too acidic, and coral and shellfish are not able to build their shells. This is due to high levels of CO2 in the atmosphere. If we are to live on this planet, we need healthy oceans. They, in effect, are like our lungs. If the oceans die, we will not survive and yet, if you notice, this is not even searchable on CNN. What is wrong with this picture?
