The Vineyard girls missed the Nan Rheault hockey final with a 2-1 loss to Scituate but took 3rd place with a 6-1 win over Peabody.

The concert benefits the David Brand Scholarship Fund. Mr. Brand died at age 39 in 2008, having taught earth sciences at MVRHS for 1 year.
