The Martha's Vineyard branch of the NAACP celebrated Kwanzaa this past Saturday, Jan. 5, at the First Baptist Church in Vineyard Haven. The group came together and listened to a story, heard music from the Black Brook Singers, and later enjoyed a feast to celebrate the holiday, which honors African heritage.
