Martha's Vineyard punches state tourney ticket in boys hoops

One hour after the Martha's Vineyard girls varsity basketball team clinched a spot in the MIAA state tournament, the boys followed suit and beat the same Coyle Cassidy Warriors, 64-44, Friday evening in Taunton.
The Vineyarders got big games from Jack Roberts (21 points), Izak Browne (17 points, seven rebounds, six steals), and Navardo Anderson (10 points).
The boys are back in action on Monday afternoon at 3 pm in North Dartmouth against EAC rivals Bishop Stang.
