On Saturday evening, the Grace Church Preschool hosted its annual spaghetti dinner and silent auction to raise money for the popular children’s program.

Giordano’s Restaurant of Oak Bluffs provided the pasta and meatballs.

Grace Preschool provides the Martha’s Vineyard Community with a quality childhood program that has served over 700 children since its founding, according to the church website. Established in 1956 as the Grace Church Co-operative Playgroup, it is the oldest existing preschool on Martha’s Vineyard.

Saturday night’s dinner was one of three annual fundraisers sponsored by the Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) that help to underwrite the cost of the school.

Grace Preschool is licensed by the state of Massachusetts and accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children.
