Dreary weather didn’t deter the Arts District Stroll

In spite of puddled streets and dripping awnings, the Arts District in Oak Bluffs still drew a spirited crowd for the second stroll of the summer season.

Vendors from the strip of galleries on Dukes County Avenue set up tents outside their studios, handed out refreshments, and offered special deals on merchandise. Loyal locals came out to support friends in the arts, while visitors from as far away as the West Coast dodged the raindrops to admire and acquire artwork offered by Stefanie Wolf, Alison Shaw, Dragonfly, Studioshop, Periwinkle, and other shops on the strip.
