Last August, when Gerald DeBlois listed his 266-acre south shore property in West Tisbury with an asking price of $92 million, it was a record-breaker in Martha’s Vineyard real estate history. There was no sale, and now he has upped the ante by adding additional parcels and his summer house. The asking price for the 314-acre package is $118 million, another record.

Mr. DeBlois is most publicly associated with the Vineyard Youth Tennis Center, a facility he developed and funded to introduce young people to the sport.

The property borders Edgartown Road and Homer’s Pond to the north and east, and ends on long stretches of South Beach.
