West Tisbury, State Police and Island dive teams responded at about 3:30 pm, Monday, to a report of a body in Rock Pond at Island Cohousing, a small 16-house development off State Road in West Tisbury.

Police found the body of Bob Lee, 66, a well-known Island house painter and Cohousing resident, floating in the pond. State Police Sergeant Jeff Stone said the medical examiner determined the cause of death was accidental drowning.

“There was nothing suspicious,” Sergeant Stone said.
