One of the cornerstone events of the Martha’s Vineyard Food and Wine Festival this past weekend was the Grand Tasting on Saturday, Oct. 19. For $100, Saturday’s guests could sip and taste various drinks and treats on Edgartown’s Mayhew Lane under a big tent.
Chef demos were given by Nathan Gould, Executive Chef at the Harbor View Hotel in Edgartown, Top Chef Master Suvir Saran of Sacred Monkey in Chicago, and Alex Nagi of the M.V. Chowder Company in Oak Bluffs. This event, like every other Food and Wine Festival event over the weekend, sold out.
