Bulls beat Heat, take over top spot in RCBL


The Bulls rallied to beat the Heat 93-86 Monday night in Edgartown in a battle of first place teams. The Bulls trailed by four entering the fourth quarter but outscored the Heat 29-18 in the final 12 minutes to take over the RCBL top spot. Ben Ford led the Bulls with 27 points, followed by Brant Silvia (20) and Anthony Johnson (19). Four Heat shot in double figures: Nick Viera (23), Lucas Brewer (21), Will Fielding (11) and Tim Scott (11).

In Monday’s other contest, the Suns got back on the winning track with a 99-86 win over the Lakers. Asil Cash drained six treys and totaled 38 points to lead the Suns. Jade Cash scored 18 points and Paul Linderson added 10. Pat Rolston paced the Lakers with six three’s of his own and 29 points. Jason O’ Donnell had 21 points, Heath Estrella 16, and Dave Bettencourt 13.
